This Apple Cider Elixir is a simple way to get your fix of these awesome nutrients for hectic mornings. It’s no secret that that apple cider vinegar is a nutrient powerhouse. From heartburn relief to skin benefits to digestive aid, apple cider vinegar has countless advantages worth looking into! Sip this drink steaming as a morning or as bedtime cool down drink. It might taste a bit strong, so sweeten it with stevia, preferably, or raw honey. It will boost your metabolism, clear your skin, alkalize the body, and release impurities. Apple Cider Elixir Recipe

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Optional to taste: Liquid stevia, or 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey or unrefined maple syrup (core plan only)

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients together and sip this drink steaming in the morning or before bedtime.
  2. Serve warm or cool depending on your tastes and you are surely going to fall in love with this drink.
