I have always loved the nutrient rich apple cider, but today we find sugar packed versions that don’t do the job quite right. Here is a simple way to get your fix of these awesome nutrients while keeping it simple for your hectic mornings. It’s no secret that that apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a nutrient powerhouse. From heartburn relief to skin benefits to digestive aid, ACV has countless advantages worth looking into! Sip this drink steaming in the morning as your morning drink or as your bedtime cooldown. It might taste a bit strong, so sweeten with stevia or raw honey as you like. It will boost your metabolism, clear your skin, alkalize the body, and release impurities. Now that’s a beneficial beverage if I have seen one!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Optional to taste: Liquid stevia or 1 tbsp. raw organic honey or unrefined maple syrup (core plan only)

Directions

Stir ingredients together and sip this drink steaming in the morning or before bedtime.

Serve warm or cool depending on your tastes and you are surely going to fall in love with this drink.
