Fall is in the air, and you know what that means… Pumpkin! Not all pumpkin goodies need to be packed with sugar. Fuel your body with this delicious fall-inspired Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake! Just toss these few simple ingredients into your blender and you will have a healthy fall treat!
- 8 oz coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 scoops organic, grass-fed whey protein
- A little sprinkle of nutmeg on top for effect (like egg nog)
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired texture.
Note: You can also place the smoothie mixture in your ice cream maker for pumpkin spice ice cream.
