Does following the Core Plan leave you yearning for french fries? These Sweet Potato Wedges are a great replacement for traditional fries or starch white potatoes. A perfect side to your summer BBQ favourites, especially a burger, or a nice twist to add to your traditional holiday meals (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter). If you or your guests like to dip fries then serve them up with All-Natural BBQ Sauce or Chipotle Mayo.

Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato (cut up like french fries)
  • Olive Oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Place cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, add salt, and bake at 350-375 for 20-30 minutes — or however long it takes.
