Does following the Core Plan leave you yearning for french fries? These sweet potato wedges are a great replacement for traditional fries or starch white potatoes. A perfect side to your summer BBQ favourites or a nice twist to add to your traditional meals (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter).
- Sweet potato (cut up like french fries)
- Olive Oil (or melted coconut oil)
- Sea Salt (to taste)
Place cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, add salt, and bake at 350-375 for 20-30 minutes — or however long it takes.
