After learning about Maximized Living through a family member, and before meeting Dr. Hardick at a seminar, Cori had these great results to share:

Dear Dr. Hardick,

I am 39 years old and married with 2 children. I am 5’ 5” and prior to Maximized Living weighed 155 lbs. I am now at 144.5 lbs. I have been fairly active for the past 6 years – mainly gym, aerobics, yoga, etc. Six months ago, I joined a Learn to Run clinic and have since completed the 5 KM clinic. I currently run with a group of people I met in the club and we are now up to 10 and 11 k distance. I run 3 to 4 times per week averaging 20 to 25 km per week.

I was diagnosed with high triglycerides when I was in grade school. Most recently my triglyceride levels increased even though my exercise increased. My doctor has set an appointment for me to see a Lipid Specialist at the end of this month as they figured I would need to be put on medication. We tried this several years ago but I was removed from the meds after a week or so as I was experiencing chest pain.

However, I couldn’t believe when I called the Doctor’s office to get my latest results, after following the Maximized Living plan for 3 months … I was told “Everything is normal.” (I have never been told that my blood work is ‘normal!’) My triglycerides had dropped from 9.0 down to 1.1. There is no reason now for Triglyceride medications!

I am very excited about my results and very pleased with how I am feeling. I have to admit I was very skeptical about this “diet” when my Mum showed it to me and was quite worried that I would not have enough energy to continue with my running, but please feel free to share my story as I hope it may help someone else improve their health and lifestyle.

Thanks,
Cori
