Fuel your body with this delicious fall-inspired Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake. Just toss these few simple ingredients into your blender, and you will have a healthy treat for breakfast or after a workout!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake Recipe
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 8 ounces coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 scoops organic, grass-fed whey protein
- A little sprinkle of nutmeg on top for effect (like egg nog)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired texture.
Note: You can also place the smoothie mixture in your ice cream maker for pumpkin spice ice cream.
