Fall is in the air, and you know what that means… Pumpkin! Not all pumpkin beverages, especially smoothies, need to be packed with sugar. Fuel your body with this delicious fall-inspired Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake. Just toss these few simple ingredients into your blender, and you will have a healthy treat for breakfast or after a workout!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake Recipe

Serves 1-2


  • 8 ounces coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1  1/2 scoops organic, grass-fed whey protein
  • A little sprinkle of nutmeg on top for effect (like egg nog)


Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired texture.

Note: You can also place the smoothie mixture in your ice cream maker for pumpkin spice ice cream.
