Dr. B.J. Hardick - About


Dr. B.J. Hardick is a Doctor of Chiropractic and internationally-recognized natural health author and speaker. His health journey began as a child — alternative medicine is the only medicine he has ever known.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University in 1997, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 2001. 

Dr. Hardick’s notoriety in clinical practice was attained early in his career, with his practice being rooted in traditional chiropractic methods while incorporating new science, preventive lifestyle practices, and having a special interest in care for children and families, and partnerships with athletic teams.

In 2009, he authored his first book, Maximized Living Nutrition Plans, used professionally in 500 natural health clinics and reaching, alongside its follow-up publication, over 300,000 readers. In 2018, he authored his second book, Align Your Health

His teachings encompass the principles of ancestral nutrition, detoxification, functional fitness, mindfulness, and green living. In addition to his books, he is known for his articles, recipes and contributions on MindBodyGreen.com, FoodMatters.com, MaxLiving.com, and his own site, DrHardick.com.

Dr. Hardick was presented the distinguished “To Love” award by Life University in 2017 for outstanding service to the University, its students, and the industry. He received Canada’s National Nutrition Platinum Award for Best Chiropractor in 2019.

Beyond his practice, Dr. Hardick’s contributions over the past 30 years have extended into professional consulting and coaching, continuing education, radio, television and online health education, live events, university advancement, franchising, executive management, marketing, brand development, and nutraceuticals. Ultimately, all of his passions are anchored in helping others achieve ecologically sound, healthy, and balanced lives. He maintains and remains passionate about his private chiropractic practice in his hometown of London, Ontario, Canada.
