Macadamia Truffle Bites

Macadamia Truffle Bites Recipes
Makes 6-10 truffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic dates
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons macadamia nut butter (Try making your own by blending 12-15 macadamia nuts in a food processor until completely pureed and smooth.)
- 1/2 cup whole raw macadamia nuts
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse together.
- Using clean hands, roll into small balls and place on a plate or in a plastic container to let set (covered) in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
