From heartburn relief to skin benefits to digestive aid, apple cider vinegar has countless advantages worth looking into! Sip this drink steaming as a morning or as bedtime cool down drink. It might taste a bit strong, so sweeten it with stevia, preferably, or raw honey. It will boost your metabolism, clear your skin, alkalize the body, and release impurities. Apple Cider Elixir Recipe
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups boiling water
- Optional to taste: Liquid stevia, or 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey or unrefined maple syrup (core plan only)
Directions
- Stir ingredients together and sip this drink steaming in the morning or before bedtime.
