Apple Cider Elixir

Apple Cider Elixir

I have always loved the nutrient rich apple cider, but today we find sugar packed versions that don’t do the job quite right. This Apple Cider Elixir is a simple way to get your fix of these awesome nutrients for hectic mornings. It’s no secret that that apple cider vinegar is a nutrient powerhouse. From heartburn relief to skin benefits to digestive aid, apple cider vinegar has countless advantages worth looking into! Sip this drink steaming as a morning or as bedtime cool down drink. It might taste a bit strong, so sweeten it with stevia, preferably, or raw honey. It will boost your metabolism, clear your skin, alkalize the body, and release impurities. Now that’s a beneficial beverage if I have seen one!
