Crustless Quiche

A Maximized twist on a breakfast/brunch classic! Crustless Quiche is quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. Quiches are great because there are endless possibilities. Switch up your vegetables and add your favourite organic meat proteins for a more filling, richer dish.

Crustless Quiche Recipe

Serves 2-4


  • 12 free range organic eggs
  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup shredded raw cheese
  • garlic
  • coconut oil or butter
  • veggies of choice


  1. Saute veggies and garlic in coconut oil or butter.
  2. Mix 12 eggs until frothy and add coconut milk.
  3. Add egg mixture, sauteed veggies, and cheese to a 9x 13 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
